Admission Policy

Students are accepted for admission on the basis of academic readiness or qualification, maturity, and appropriateness of the match between the student and the school.  In all cases, the school retains the right to determine whether or not to accept a student for admission or to re-enroll a student.  The School Committee makes recommendations to the Administrator of the school, who has ultimate authority in the decision of whether or not to accept or re-enroll a student.

FWCS strives to meet the special needs of all our students.  FWCS may lack the facilities and specialized training necessary to adequately work with certain special needs.  The school therefore reserves the right to determine the admissibility of any such child based upon the particular circumstances of each child, teacher, and classroom.

FWCS is nondiscriminatory and will admit students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school.  There is no discrimination on the basis of administration of our educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship, and other school administered programs.

All information gathered during the admission process is confidential and the sole property of the school.

ADMISSION CHECKLIST

* Registration Form

The Registration form should be completed and returned to FWCS accompanied by the non-refundable registration fee.  Please make checks payable to First Woodway Christian School.

* Parent - School Agreement Form

The Parent - School Agreement form must be signed and returned at Orientation in August.

* Extended Day Form

If your child will be attending Extended Day, complete the form and return it at Orientation in August.

* Enrollment Information Form

The Enrollment Information form must completed and returned at Orientation in August.

* Immunization Records

The immunization records must be supplied in accordance with Health Department requirements. Please bring them to Orientation in August.

* Payments due at Orientaion in August

o August and May Tuitions - non-refundable for any reason
