By registering your child for the 2011-2012 school year, you are also obligated to pay May 2012 tuition.Tuition and Supply Fee
FWCS Tuition may be paid by the month, semester or year. Tuition is due on the first day of each month. If an installment is not received by the 5th of the month a $15.00 late charge will be added. Tuition is divided equally over a 10 month period, and there will be no refund of tuition due to absences. Tuition remains constant regardless of the number of classes in any given month. August and December tuition are not prorated. The Registration Fee is due upon registration and is non-refundable for any reason. All school supplies are provided with the annual supply fee. The supply fee, technology fee, and August tuition are due at the FWCS Orientation in August. August tuition will NOT be prorated.

Cost is $5 per day and may be added to your monthly tuition payment. Late fees will apply after 5:30pm pick up time.
Extended Day
FWCS Offers Extended Day for preschool and half-day kindergarten students on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Extended Day begins at 11:30 AM and ends at 2:30 PM. Each student will need to bring a lunch and a rest mat on the day(s) he or she stays for Extended Day. Parents who arrive after 2:30 will be required to pay a $5.00 fee if no phone call has been made to the school office. The Extended Day amount may be added to your monthly tuition payment.

Enrichment
FWCS also offers enrichment to students staying for Extended Day for an additional fee. Ask the school office for more information.
FEE PAYMENT SCHEDULE

The First Woodway Christian School Committee, after study, has adopted the policy that no refunds or transfers of registration fees shall be made. While the Committee is sympathetic to parents and changes in circumstances, staff is contracted and other costs are incurred based on enrollment. It must, therefore, take the position that all registration fees are non-refundable.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Each student's place is independent. No tuition can be transferred from one student to another.
We limit our fundraisers to several annual events: A+ Card, Little Caesar's Pizza and Cookie Dough, Scholastic Book Fair, and A Taste of Honey. We also rely on the generosity of our parents and community for donations.
